All items are customised according to the details provided by the customer at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • All personalisation details are correct
  • You have checked sizing carefully before purchasing

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and must be paid in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time
  • Cancel orders due to pricing or system errors

4. Production & Delivery

As all items are made to order:

  • Production times may vary
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs (for international orders)

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the personalised nature of our products and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

However, this does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence. We will offer a replacement or refund where legally required.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. As items are personalised, you do not have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and content on our website are the property of Miami Personalised Beach Wear and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

8. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer
  • Allergic reactions to materials
  • Losses caused by delivery delays outside our control
